I have worn it a couple times and it seems to do what it is Designed to do which is correct your posture with your job is on your feet all day over sitting in a chair at your office they can help either way. It’s not something you want to really wear all day just intermittently throughout the day for an hour or two very easy to slip on and off and I just with the Velcro.
